Plain old FSX, I'm afraid. The Wylfa thing is a bee in my bonnet and I'm using it to learn how to make 3-d models in Blender. These scenery objects can then be saved in various formats, including XP-nn, using the ModelConverterX utility.

Blender is a bit more functional than gmax, but the learning curve is quite steep for an old git, like me. At least this new stuff keeps the grey cells busy...

More pics as the site develops.

    Dai,
    FSDS 3.51; Simples!!!

Use Model Converter X for conversion to 'other' standards.

Some years ago Ted Andrews spent hours making me instructional videos for GMax and I was getting the hang of it, slowly, then Mrs M. purchased me FSDS 3.51 as a Birthday present.

Genius mode not required as to which I had to be seen using when she brought me a coffee. In all honesty I did find my present much easier to use and have been using it ever since.

I still have Ted's tutorials backed up somewhere and I did tell him to discuss it with Mrs M.  Unfortunately for him  Mrs M. and Mrs A. get on well together so on the occasions we have got together he says nothing. Like me he knows on which side his bread is buttered.  Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy
